ARE YOU LICENCSE COMPANY

We are licenced by the public carriage office as a Private Hire operator by Transport for London. As governed by Transport for London we have to be a licensed operator and that requires Public Liability insurance as well as individual passenger and car insurance for each vehicle we operate.

ARE YOU 24/7 COMPANY

We operate 24 hours 7 days a week.

DO YOU TAKE LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS

We require 4 hours’ notice for bookings within London. Please note vehicle are subject to availability.

DO YOU HAVE FIX PRICES

All our prices are fixed for pre-booked transfers. However, if there are any additional drop-offs, pick-ups or diversions not mentioned at the time of booking, there will be additional charges accordingly.

HOW DO I PAY

Payments can be made online, via bank transfer, or by e-Invoice via 3D secure payment

CAN I PAY CASH TO THE DRIVER

Unfortunately, NO. All payments are required to be paid for in advance.

IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED OR CANCELLED BY THE AIRLINE

We always track flights for delay or early arrivals and the terminal accordingly. We do allow 45mins free waiting after the flight lands, NO EXTRA CHARGE. However, if the flight is seriously delayed (i.e. over 1+) then waiting time charges apply, as the chauffeur is restricted to do another assignment nor would be cost-effective for the company to send another chauffeur for a later landing. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, full charges will apply.

DO I PAY FOR THE PARKING IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED OR CANCELLED

After 45 minutes charges will apply, as the chauffeur is restricted to do another assignment nor would be cost-effective for the company to send another chauffeur for a later landing. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, full charges will apply.

TRAVELLING WITH CHILDRENS CAN YOU PROVIDE CHILD/INFENT SEAT

Child seats are provided, however it must be informed at the time of booking. Child seats are charged £15 per child seat.

WILL I BE INFORMED ABOUT THE DRIVER

Absolutely! You will be sent the chauffeur details the evening before or 2 hours prior schedule.

HOW DO I FIND MY DRIVER

Chauffeur(s) will track all flights and will wait for you in the arrival hall (after baggage claim) with a name board at the agreed location mentioned on your booking confirmation.

WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND MY DRIVER

You can contact the chauffeur direct OR call EVOKE booking office on +44 (0) 203 876 6000 and our booking team will help you locate the chauffeur(s).

VEHICLES MAINTAINACE

We ensure the highest standard of maintenances on each vehicle. Vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before and after each journey.

HOW SAFE ARE YOUR CARS

All vehicle’s no more than 4 years old which means they each have been put through and meet the very latest vehicle industry safety standard requirements.

CAN I SMOKE OR EAT IN THE CAR

We operate a strict NO DRINKING, EATING OR SMOKING (including e-cigarettes)  policy in all our vehicles.

CAN I SAVE MONEY BY OPENING AN COOPERATE / BUSINESS ACCOUNT
